Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our National Accounts team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and tracking new sales leads, supporting sales initiatives, and creating sales presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track new sales leads to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Support sales initiatives by providing administrative assistance and data analysis.
  • Create engaging sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
  • Assist with the completion of RFPs (Requests for Proposal) to ensure timely submission.
  • Act as a liaison between operations and sales teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor sales personnel activity to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Attend meetings and contribute to discussions to ensure effective communication.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate customer meetings and events to build strong relationships.
  • Document sales procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team.

Requirements

  • 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
