Sales Manager Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Aaron's, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of sales professionals, develop and execute sales strategies, and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and implement sales goals and marketing strategies to drive new business and revenue growth.
  • Assist the General Manager with operational functions, including inventory management and delivery coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 21 years old (18 in Canada) with a valid state Driver's License and DOT certification (U.S.).
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred, with two years of college or previous management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with an aptitude for marketing and a desire to make a difference for customers.
