Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding Coordination: Manage the process of onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
  • Prospect Pipeline Management: Assist Financial Advisors in tracking and managing their prospect pipeline effectively.
  • Proposal Development: Support the generation of tailored proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Account Setup: Prepare and facilitate the necessary paperwork for opening new accounts.
  • Asset Transitioning: Oversee the transfer of new assets to Baird, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding client relations. A background in business services or financial advisory is preferred.
