- Data Entry and Organization: Enter data, organize, and utilize financial and database systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Document Preparation: Prepare forms, applications, reports, meeting preparation, meeting wrap-up, follow-up calls and emails, financial statements, and other documents as needed.
- Collaboration and Planning: Participate in weekly collaboration planning and wrap-up meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Marketing and Communication: Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing materials, the website, newsletters, brochures, and client communication.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related administrative field preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro, etc.) and knowledge of industry-specific programs and applications such as Redtail CRM, Client Works, DocuSign, Retire Up, Albridge, preferred.
