As a Customer Experience Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various platforms (email, social media) to address customer needs.
  • Demonstrated availability and flexibility to work during operational hours as needed.
