We are in search of candidates with a strong background in customer service who are passionate about providing outstanding experiences to our clients while assisting them with their formalwear needs for weddings and special occasions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of customer inquiries and ensure effective resolutions.
  • Investigate and address customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Make informed decisions in accordance with established customer service protocols.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach, adhering to best practices and quality standards.
  • Exceed productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in responding to customers via various communication channels.
  • Ensure reliable support for our clients by adhering to attendance standards.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (virtual or in-person).
  • Prior experience in a call center is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in using computers and various platforms to meet customer needs.
  • Availability and flexibility to work during designated operating hours.
Work Environment:

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 9 PM EST, and Saturday to Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM EST.
