Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customer inquiries and ensure effective resolutions.
- Investigate and address customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Make informed decisions in accordance with established customer service protocols.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach, adhering to best practices and quality standards.
- Exceed productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Demonstrate adaptability in responding to customers via various communication channels.
- Ensure reliable support for our clients by adhering to attendance standards.
- Exhibit strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage customer inquiries while upholding service excellence.
Essential Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (virtual or in-person).
- Prior experience in a call center is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in using computers and various platforms to meet customer needs.
- Availability and flexibility to work during designated operating hours.
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 9 PM EST, and Saturday to Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM EST.
