POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Client Relations Associate at ADP, you will cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, acting as the primary liaison for retirement plan services. Your role will encompass ensuring seamless service execution, managing daily plan operations, resolving issues, and addressing regulatory requirements with clients. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding service, boost client satisfaction, and enhance client loyalty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the principal contact for retirement plans, providing prompt customer support and maintaining consistent communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Possess expertise in 401k plans, relationship management, and call center dynamics.
  • Exhibit knowledge of testing protocols, system functionalities, and effective issue resolution. Identify potential enhancements for plans and discuss advantages with clients. Stay informed about investment options within each retirement plan to effectively address client inquiries.
  • Proactively engage with plan sponsors to discuss offerings, services, and plan enhancements. Assist clients with requests for plan modifications and oversee project execution.
  • Organize participant education workshops and training sessions in collaboration with plan sponsors. Facilitate training for PAs and manage requests for employee educational resources.
  • Communicate compliance testing results to clients and propose solutions for improvement when necessary. Ensure that plan documentation complies with applicable regulations.
  • Support clients in fulfilling year-end obligations such as distribution mandates, audit preparation, and compliance assessments. Take the initiative to discuss compliance testing, training requirements, and plan modifications with clients.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Up to 1 year of relevant experience.

While a college degree is advantageous, we prioritize practical skills. Military experience is highly valued for the dedication, problem-solving abilities, and commitment that veterans contribute to our team.
