We are looking for candidates with a strong background in customer service who are committed to providing outstanding support while assisting clients with their formalwear needs for weddings and special occasions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure effective resolutions.
  • Investigate and address customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Make informed decisions based on established customer service protocols.

Qualifications:
