Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to electronic communications.
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Arrange travel plans for both domestic and international trips.
  • Organize schedules by interpreting and routing correspondence, as well as managing various assignments.
  • Oversee calendars for departmental staff and facilitate meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
  • Address inquiries by providing answers or directing them appropriately.
  • Safeguard customer trust and uphold operational integrity by ensuring confidentiality of information.
  • Utilize filing and retrieval systems, primarily in SharePoint, to maintain historical records.

Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration and scheduling.
  • Proficient in scheduling and utilizing the Scheduling Assistant in MS Outlook and Teams.
  • Familiarity with Concur, the government travel management system.
