About the Role

The Insurance Revenue Recovery Manager will play a key role in leading a team of solution advisors to help FinThrive customers achieve their revenue recovery goals from using the Insurance Discover product.

This role will guide the team to leverage financial, customer, product, and operational data to help customers maximize revenue recoveries.

The Insurance Revenue Recovery Manager will work closely with product, development, support, and customer success teams to achieve individual and team goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Insurance Discover Solution Analysts to drive optimal customer revenue recovery from use of the Insurance Discover product.
  • Develop and manage a process to routinely review key customer metrics for the Insurance Discover product to identify potential issues with customer data flow, product performance, customer engagement, customer revenue recoveries, and customer invoicing.
  • Develop and manage a process to routinely engage customers on key value and product performance metrics.
  • Engage key FinThrive stakeholders to align internal processes with customer value realization.
  • Drive product and team performance by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to business stakeholders.
  • Produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement in current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.
  • Participate in feedback to product and development teams in future product enhancements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer account management.
  • 5+ years of working experience in healthcare revenue cycle.
  • Microsoft Excel analysis and modeling, Microsoft SQL data extraction and analysis, Microsoft PowerPoint presentation building and formatting.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to distill large data sets into meaningful insights and takeaways.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a cross-functional, matrix organization.
  • Fluency in methods to effectively identify and process stakeholder requirements.
  • Well-developed 'influencing without authority' skills.
  • Ability to interact with external and internal clients to ensure positive customer experience.
  • Ability to work on and execute several projects simultaneously.
  • Travel required: Up to 25% (travel could reach 1 out of every 4 weeks).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, data analysis, or a similar degree.
  • Prior experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Prior experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI.
