CreditAssociates, a leading debt resolution company, is seeking a skilled Revenue Specialist to join its team. As a Revenue Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely collection of revenue and optimizing settlements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Collection and Optimization: Review accounts to ensure that all earned fees are collected or scheduled appropriately, and process refunds or reversals when necessary.
  • Settlement Management: Analyze and resolve client-specific scenarios to prevent settlement defaults, and communicate issues and trends to department management.
  • Client and Creditor Communication: Reach out to clients to resolve monthly drafting issues and communicate with creditors to resolve settlement-based issues.
  • Research and Resolution: Research and resolve issues that put clients' settlements at risk, and identify fees that can be pulled forward into this month's cash flow.
  • Fee Structure Editing: Edit fee structures to ensure compliance with company policies, and follow up on payment processing issues.
  • Prevention of Settlement Defaults: Prevent settlement defaults by altering fee collection dates, and review company policies regarding optimizing revenue collections.
Requirements
