Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include:

  • Delivering prompt and precise customer service by managing incoming calls, investigating inquiries, and addressing questions related to coverage, billing, and policies.
  • Revising or creating new policies by suggesting appropriate coverages and products that align with clients' insurance requirements.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development through various corporate training programs throughout your tenure.
  • Enhancing customer service expertise by proactively learning additional processes and client-specific protocols to provide thorough and informed responses.
  • Acquiring a solid understanding of departmental processes and procedures.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a relevant role
Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty insurance license required
