Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include:

- Revising or creating new policies by suggesting appropriate coverages and products that align with clients' insurance requirements.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development through various corporate training programs throughout your tenure.

- Acquiring a solid understanding of departmental processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a relevant role
Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty insurance license required
