Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable Vehicle Fleet Attendant to join our workforce. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals with a basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and a willingness to advance within the organization. The Vehicle Fleet Attendant will support the Fleet Manager in executing various tasks crucial for the efficient management of our vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Fleet Manager with day-to-day fleet operations.
  • Perform basic mechanical tasks, including tire changes, battery replacements, and minor repairs.
  • Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
  • Help coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance activities.
  • Ensure all vehicles are clean and prepared for use.
  • Assist in managing the inventory of parts and supplies.
  • Drive and park vehicles as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts utilized.

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics (e.g., tire changes, battery swaps, simple repairs).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
