Hide and Seek Recovery is a recognized leader in the industry, experiencing consistent growth exceeding 60% annually. We are actively seeking to hire MULTIPLE Skip Tracers IMMEDIATELY.

This role is primarily office-based, focusing on the identification and location of bank and finance customers, as well as vehicles designated for repossession across the nation. It is important to note that this position does not involve collections or sales; however, it does require outbound communication with clients, field agents, and bank personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct investigative research to determine the current whereabouts of vehicles.
  • Gather, assess, and interpret information from diverse sources, including court documents and specialized software.
  • Utilize advanced location databases and software to track vehicles due for repossession.
  • Collaborate closely with repossession agents to synchronize efforts.
  • Oversee the repossession process for banking clients.
  • Engage with employees from banks, credit unions, and insurance companies.
  • Perform comprehensive searches for individuals and vehicles.
  • Proactively monitor accounts and resolve various issues.
  • Communicate with customers and field agents during the skip tracing process.
  • Employ our database and advanced skip tracing tools to locate contacts.
  • Document investigation findings thoroughly and ensure effective communication within our system.
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding sensitive personal information.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Experience in client interactions via phone and email is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail is necessary.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor are expected.
  • Punctuality and good attendance are crucial.
  • Superior phone skills and a friendly attitude are essential.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening is mandatory.

Compensation for Skip Tracers ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, depending on experience.
