Position Overview

The Front of House Supervisor at Won't Stop Operations is a pivotal role that requires a blend of professionalism, positivity, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. This position is designed for individuals who can seamlessly balance serving responsibilities with managerial duties in the absence of the General Manager. Our Supervisors are tasked with ensuring the smooth execution of daily service operations, providing both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff with the necessary tools, resources, and support to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Front of House, ensuring both administrative and hands-on tasks are executed effectively.
  • Assist in all aspects of service, including food running, pre-bussing, and seating arrangements, to uphold the quality standards of Won't Stop Operations.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between FOH and BOH, ensuring timely relay of ticket times, allergen information, and menu updates.
  • Organize and lead shifts with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.
  • Adhere to industry safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining compliance with health regulations.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures consistently.
  • Effectively communicate the company vision and values to all team members.
  • Maintain adherence to the employee handbook and established operational protocols.
  • Engage with the executive team regularly to discuss operational updates.

Qualifications

  • Possession of necessary certifications such as ServSafe Food Handler, Liquor License, and ATC Certification.
  • Experience with point of sale (POS) systems, preferably Aloha.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and financial transactions.
