Position Overview

The Front of House Supervisor at Won't Stop Operations is a pivotal role that demands professionalism, positivity, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. This position blends serving responsibilities with managerial duties, particularly in the absence of the General Manager. Our FOH Supervisor is tasked with ensuring the seamless execution of daily service operations, providing both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff with the necessary tools, resources, and support to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Front of House, ensuring both administrative and hands-on tasks are executed effectively.
  • Assist in all aspects of service, including food running, pre-bussing, and seating, to uphold the quality standards of Won't Stop Operations.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between FOH and BOH, maintaining ticket times, relaying allergen information, and ensuring food quality.
  • Organize and lead shifts with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.
  • Adhere to industry-specific safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Understand and comply with HR policies and procedures.
  • Follow directives from the Executive Team and communicate the company's vision to all staff members.
  • Maintain compliance with the employee handbook and internal regulations.
  • Engage with the Executive team regularly to ensure operational alignment.

Experience and Certifications

  • Possession of or ability to obtain necessary certifications (e.g., ServSafe Food Handler, Liquor License).
  • Experience with point of sale (POS) systems, preferably Aloha.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and transaction processes.
