Position Overview

The FOH Supervisor at Won't Stop Operations is a pivotal role that demands professionalism, positivity, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. This position blends serving responsibilities with managerial duties in the absence of the General Manager. Our FOH Supervisor is tasked with ensuring the seamless execution of daily service operations, providing both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff with the necessary tools, resources, and training to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Front of House, ensuring both administrative and hands-on tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Assist in all service steps, including food running, pre-bussing, and seating, to uphold the high standards of service at Won't Stop Operations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between FOH and BOH, managing ticket times, communicating allergen information, and ensuring quality assurance in food preparation.
  • Lead and organize shifts with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.
  • Adhere to nutrition, sanitation, and industry-specific safety guidelines.
  • Understand and comply with HR policies and procedures.
  • Follow directives from the Executive Team at Won't Stop Operations.
  • Effectively communicate the company's vision to all team members.
  • Maintain compliance with the employee handbook and established operational guidelines.
  • Engage with the Executive team daily through designated communication platforms.

  • Experience with point of sale (POS) systems, preferably Aloha.
  • Demonstrated cash handling skills.
