The Lead Identity Access Management Engineer will be responsible for overseeing live systems, troubleshooting issues, addressing identified cybersecurity risks, developing new functionalities, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and actively participating in strategic planning sessions.

Implement identity provisioning and deprovisioning workflows utilizing SailPoint IdentityIQ. Develop rules and rule libraries to enforce business logic. Analyze, design, develop, deploy, and manage infrastructure implementations and upgrades of IAM solutions. Establish authoritative sources for Join, Move, Leave lifecycle events for both Field and Home Office personnel. Resolve dependencies to ensure seamless feature rollouts to clients. Create Microservices using the Spring Boot framework to expose IAM functionalities to client systems. Design batch processes to publish data for downstream systems utilizing Java batch programming. Create Provisioning Roles and Account templates in CA IDM Provisioning Manager. Transition legacy CA IDM functionalities to SailPoint. Configure Policy Express for data validation and modify values in Oracle Enterprise Directory/Active Directory.

Utilize CA Identity Manager for user provisioning and engage in LDAP programming to create and update user accounts in Enterprise Directory and Active Directory.

Leverage Identity API (Account Request, LCM Provisioning, Object Request, Managed Attribute) to create, modify, and delete identities. Develop automated test suites for lifecycle events using the Kevlar framework. Address problem tickets to resolve production issues utilizing tools such as Logstash, Kibana, and ServiceNow. Contribute to the advancement of software development within the IAM domain. Design integration tests for applications and validate performance tests. Telecommuting options available for part of the week. Competitive salary range based on experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer and Information Sciences, or a related field with 2 years of experience in software development or a related role.

Experience must include 2 years of experience with each of the following:
(1) analyzing, designing, developing, deploying, and supporting software using Java, J2EE Servlets, JSP, and JDBC; (2) SSO, Federation, Sun IDM, LDAP, Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, Azure, AWS, and SailPoint IIQ; (3) Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell; (4) Web Services, HTML, SQL, and XML; (5) CA IDM suite; and (6) utilizing Selenium and Kevlar.
