Senior Project Engineer - WRTP|BIG STEP

WRTP|BIG STEP is in search of a Senior Project Engineer to oversee significant construction initiatives. This role will focus on large-scale development projects, ensuring that all aspects of the construction process are managed effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the change management process to ensure smooth transitions
  • Engage in regular financial reporting and project status meetings
  • Adhere to established project control protocols
  • Coordinate timely procurement and delivery of materials
  • Prepare and review detailed shop drawings and estimates
  • Foster positive relationships through effective customer feedback management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Military experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of financial management principles
  • Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
