Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the architecture, development, and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, focusing on access management, identity lifecycle processes, and role-based access governance.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
7-9 years of relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated expertise in engineering best practices, including the analysis, design, development, and support of software solutions and infrastructure upgrades.
Proven track record as a SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer, with a deep understanding of IAM principles, protocols, and standards.
Strong proficiency in Java programming and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for custom development and automation tasks.
Experience with web technologies, databases, and operating systems pertinent to SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Strong documentation, testing, and automation skills.
Demonstrated ownership and the ability to work with minimal requirements.
Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong alignment with security practices and the ability to connect technical needs with business processes.
Proficient in prioritizing tasks based on business goals.
Ability to decompose work to deliver value incrementally.
Preferred:
Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps environments.
