Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify potential clients, develop, and expand a new account list
  • Generate business development and qualify leads
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous working environment with minimal supervision
  • Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly activity and sales targets and revenue goals
  • Attend promotional events and other client networking events
  • Work in partnership with support team on pre-sale processes
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of media/radio ad sales experience
  • Highly motivated, assertive, creative, and proactive
  • Strong business development and presentation skills
  • Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the media, audio or advertising industry
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with online/social media platforms
