Job Summary:

The Multimedia Supervisor at Child Care Resource Center leads the Multimedia Content Producer team in producing high-quality digital content across various platforms. This role requires a mix of creative, technical, and leadership skills to manage a team of multimedia designers, videographers, photographers, editors, and other specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of multimedia professionals in the development and execution of multimedia projects.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality digital content, including video, graphic design, and audio content.
  • Manage multiple workflows, coordinate between departments, and ensure projects align with CCRC's brand, vision, and objectives.
  • Mentor team members in continual professional development and growth, and stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation within our content strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management, computer science, graphic design, or related field.
  • 3+ years direct supervisory experience in a professional work environment.
  • 2+ years direct project management experience.
  • 2+ years budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Final Cut Pro, Audition, After Effects, Photoshop, Light room, Animate, and other graphic design software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supervising staff in a creative field.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic HTML, WordPress, or other web development platforms.
  • Bilingual preferred: ability to converse, write, and/or translate in English and Spanish.
