Key Responsibilities:


- Analyze business challenges and devise analytical strategies to offer solutions to external teams.
- Lead various technical and data-centric projects of diverse scopes and complexities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business obstacles and design innovative methods to reveal significant opportunities for cost and time efficiencies.
- Define and implement the analytics strategy and modeling techniques.
- Construct business cases and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Promote the integration of analytics into decision-making processes.
- Assess the competitive landscape and primary factors influencing customer retention, transforming insights into practical tactics.
- Develop forecasts and business proposals to enhance retention initiatives and offerings.
- Collaborate with other business units, vendors, and executives to represent and advance the company's strategic objectives.
- Utilize data visualization and various data collection methods to provide strategic direction and inform decisions for other teams.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 6 years of progressive experience in the role or as a BI Analyst or Manager, Data or Marketing Analytics Analyst or Manager, or in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar, with 6 years of experience in data optimization and analytics on extensive datasets, and crafting visually engaging interactive dashboards.
- 5 years of experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues and data inconsistencies, applying statistical methods to datasets to address business challenges, and utilizing Oracle and MS SQL database concepts, as well as data warehouse and data lake architectures including Teradata and Hadoop, alongside programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, and Perl.

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role, allowing for remote work with a minimum of eight designated office days each month, as determined by your manager.
