Key Responsibilities

  • Embrace a 'servant leadership' approach in partnership with clinical leaders; mentor and develop all team members
  • Ensure optimal financial performance and growth while maintaining high standards of patient care
  • Lead recruitment efforts and foster talent development
  • Create strategic plans that promote operational reliability and consistency
  • Advocate for initiatives that improve patient experiences and outcomes
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure unified leadership and teamwork
  • Foster a culture of engagement and accountability among all employees
  • Assess clinic performance and work with teams to identify challenges, develop action plans, and achieve sustainable improvements
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify current and future operational needs
  • Provide leadership in collaboration with Medical Directors to ensure all team members understand their roles, expected outcomes, and how to achieve organizational goals
  • Oversee communication and operations for clinics within the assigned region
  • Stay informed about trends in healthcare administration and regulatory requirements; oversee compliance processes and participate in risk management and audits
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, economics, or a related field; additional relevant experience may substitute for education
  • A minimum of three (3) years of direct managerial experience with full profit and loss responsibility for a business with at least $30 million in revenue
  • At least five (5) years of progressive experience in operational roles, preferably in a multi-site healthcare setting
  • Experience in practice administration and personnel management in a similar environment is essential
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse team of professionals, including functional directors

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills with a deep understanding of operational controls
  • Ability to establish rapport and trust with a balanced approach to emotional and intellectual intelligence
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing colleagues and leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and laws governing clinic operations
  • Expertise in delivering outstanding customer service, including needs assessment and quality standards
  • Demonstrated leadership, motivational, time management, decision-making, and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to 50% with frequent overnight stays
  • This position requires independent judgment and decision-making
