Role Overview

As a Senior Manager in Business Strategy, you will be integral to our mission of enriching lives through superior wireless experiences. Your focus will be on developing strategic initiatives that not only meet but surpass customer expectations in terms of value and quality. You will be responsible for managing the performance of the VVO Compensation and Incentives team, driving innovative, customer-centric solutions that connect individuals to what matters most.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall performance management of the team, identifying strategic methods to incentivize employees in alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize an analytical mindset to optimize current strategies, staying informed on performance trends.
  • Drive performance acceleration by aligning field performance with management strategies to reduce performance gaps.
  • Focus on compliance reporting and behavior enhancement to boost performance and ensure accountability.
  • Oversee centralized coaching initiatives, including the design of frameworks and the integration of AI tools to provide actionable insights.
  • Implement a partner coaching program aimed at achieving business outcomes.
  • Set performance targets and develop compensation models that align with revenue and loyalty KPIs.
  • Continuously monitor business conditions, market expectations, and technological advancements.
  • Extract and analyze data from various sources to identify root causes and present findings effectively.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, coupled with strategic thinking capabilities. You should be adept at visualizing data and translating insights into actionable programs.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Preferred Skills
  • An MBA or advanced degree in statistics or business analytics.
  • Eight or more years of analytical experience.
  • Proven leadership and performance management skills.
  • Ability to advocate for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in synthesizing information from diverse sources into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite or Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects effectively.
