Role OverviewAs a pivotal member of our organization, you will contribute to our mission of enhancing lives by connecting individuals with premium wireless experiences that surpass expectations in both value and quality. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager overseeing the VVO Compensation and Incentives team will be responsible for managing overall performance strategies. Your team will focus on identifying innovative methods to incentivize employees in alignment with business objectives. You will employ an analytical mindset, utilizing a data-driven approach to refine existing strategies and remain informed about performance trends.
- Drive field performance through outlier management and performance gap reduction, ensuring best practices are executed effectively.
- Enhance compliance reporting and behaviors to boost performance and ensure accountability among partners.
- Lead centralized coaching initiatives, including the design of frameworks and the integration of AI tools to support channel-specific needs.
- Implement a partner coaching program aimed at achieving business outcomes.
- Establish target metrics and develop compensation models for partners and agents to meet revenue and loyalty KPIs.
- Monitor performance metrics and business health, staying attuned to market demands and technological advancements.
- Utilize analytics from various sources to identify root causes and convert data into impactful presentations.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong belief in data-driven decision-making. You are adept at visualizing data and translating insights into actionable programs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least six years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- An MBA or advanced degree in statistics or business analytics.
- Eight or more years of analytical experience.
- Strong leadership and performance management skills with a proven track record of driving business results.
- Ability to communicate data insights effectively to executive levels.
- Proficiency in G-Suite or Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
