Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager for the VVO Compensation and Incentives team will oversee performance management strategies. Your team will identify innovative methods to incentivize employees in alignment with business objectives. You will employ an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to refine existing strategies and stay informed on performance trends.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Aligning field performance with management strategies to reduce performance gaps.
  • Focusing on compliance and performance behaviors to enhance accountability.
  • Leading centralized coaching initiatives, integrating AI tools for actionable insights.
  • Developing a coaching program aimed at achieving business outcomes.
  • Setting performance targets and developing compensation models to drive revenue and loyalty.
  • Monitoring business performance and market demands.
  • Utilizing analytics to understand root causes and presenting data effectively.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong belief in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to visualize and communicate insights effectively. You should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least six years of relevant experience.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • An MBA or advanced degree in statistics or business analytics.
  • Eight or more years of analytical experience.
  • Strong leadership and performance management skills.
  • Proven ability to promote data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in presenting data to executive levels.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite or Microsoft Office applications.
