Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager overseeing the VVO Compensation and Incentives team will lead and manage overall performance management. Your team will focus on identifying strategic methods to incentivize employees to achieve business objectives. You will possess an analytical mindset and utilize a data-driven approach to optimize current strategies while staying informed on the latest performance trends.

You will be responsible for:

  • Aligning and enhancing field performance through outlier management and minimizing performance gaps, including inspections of front-line performance aimed at achieving optimal execution for performance acceleration.
  • Emphasizing compliance reporting and behaviors to enhance performance and hold partners accountable to established performance standards.
  • Leading centralized coaching initiatives, which encompass framework design and a focused approach into AI Coaching, supporting the unique needs of the channel with synergy for aligned areas.
  • Delivering a partner coaching program centered on business outcomes.
  • Setting targets and developing a compensation model for partners and agents to achieve revenue and loyalty KPIs.
  • Monitoring and driving targets and performance actively.
  • Understanding the current business landscape, prospect expectations, marketplace demands, and technological advancements.
  • Extracting insights from text, speech, social media, and cross-channel analytics to identify root causes.
  • Transforming data into meaningful storyboard presentations.

Qualifications:

You understand that solid data should underpin every significant decision. You are a numbers-oriented individual with a strategic mindset, adept at visualizing and sharing data and practical insights in an understandable manner. Most importantly, you can create actionable programs based on your data insights.

Required qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or more years of pertinent work experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • An MBA or advanced degree in statistics and business analytics.
  • Eight or more years of relevant analytical work experience.
  • Strong leadership and performance management skills with extensive experience managing teams to drive business results.
  • Proven ability to advocate for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to produce accurate and timely information in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and deductive reasoning skills, with the ability to synthesize information from various sources into effective, actionable plans.
  • Experience communicating data to executive levels, able to analyze from both high-level strategic and detailed operational perspectives.
  • Proven ability to oversee needs assessments, make recommendations, execute changes, and drive consistent performance improvement.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite or Microsoft Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to work constructively within a team environment, even under pressure or stringent deadlines.
