Job Summary

Crescent Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of the Front Desk staff, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Front Desk staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
  • Respond to guest requests, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Implement company programs and policies to maximize revenue and maintain high levels of quality service.
  • Supervise the Guest Service Agents and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Remain calm and composed in emergency situations, serving as a role model for the team.
  • Authorize revenue allowances to remedy problems and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the associate's supervisor.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition and a professional appearance at all times.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in using a calculator to prepare complex mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform behind the front desk.
  • Ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and prepare complex reports of room availability and revenues generated.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers, and patrons.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Work Habits: Maintain a positive and professional attitude, adhere to hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance.
  • Safety & Security: Adhere to hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
