Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide an exceptional level of service to all individuals entering the premises.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and presentation.
  • Ensure that the lobby, kitchens, and conference rooms are maintained in a clean, organized, and inviting manner.
  • Manage inventory by restocking supplies in the office and notifying the team when items are running low.
  • Handle the unpacking of deliveries and ensure items are stored appropriately.
  • Oversee the distribution of incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and packages.
  • Coordinate weekly lunch orders for the team.
  • Assist with troubleshooting conference room technology for meetings and liaise with Operations/IT as needed.
  • Maintain office security protocols by registering all guests and monitoring visitor access.
  • Perform various errands, including postal services and food pickups.
  • Provide miscellaneous office support, such as updating feature walls, printing documents, and managing contacts.
  • Offer ad hoc administrative support to various teams within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior-level personnel and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
