Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the water/wastewater treatment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Provide technical support and guidance to outside sales representatives to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with precast tank installation contractors and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Business Development & Outside Sales Manager to establish clear sales objectives and create a distinct sales process and marketing strategy
  • Travel with sales representatives to provide coaching and professional development
Requirements:
  • Water/wastewater treatment knowledge and experience
  • Precast concrete background and professional engineering license
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction
  • Strong knowledge of specifications and ability to ensure jobs are set up correctly
  • Excellent communication and sales abilities
