About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Stellar Enterprises. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between customers, departments, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support to meet their technical sales needs.
  • Configuration and Offer Generation: Utilize manufacturer tools to create customized configurations and generate offers that meet customer requirements.
  • Order Processing and Project Reporting: Follow up on offers, process orders, and provide project reporting to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Contract Management and Invoicing: Manage contracts for subscriptions, monitor deadlines, and conduct monthly invoicing to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize and improve internal processes and workflows, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Administrative and Organizational Tasks: Perform various administrative and organizational tasks to support the daily operations of the sales support team.
