About the Role

Cascade Ventures is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Seed Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, including farmers, biogas operators, agricultural retailers, and opinion leaders in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to continuously expand our market position and customer portfolio.
  • Provide technical and professional advice and support to customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and direct commercial sales.
  • Work closely with farmers, biogas operators, agricultural retailers, and opinion leaders to develop sustainable partnerships and promote our products.
  • Organize and manage established trial sites and present the latest genetics from KWS to customers.
  • Participate in marketing and strategy development in the region, contributing to the growth and success of Cascade Ventures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management in the agricultural industry.
  • Strong knowledge of crop development and seed production.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
