The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000+, plus uncapped commissions, car allowance ($400/month), phone allowance ($75/month), and comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, generous paid time off, and parental leave.

Job Description

This Sales Development Manager/Strategic Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving individual and team sales goals. The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle, generating leads, setting appointments, delivering compelling presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts.

  • Achieve and exceed individual and group sales objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic prospecting efforts to generate high-quality leads.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals within 48 hours of meetings.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects until a decision is reached.

This Revenue Growth Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research to stay ahead of trends, competitors, and opportunities, as well as establishing and maintaining organized records for prospects and customers.

Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivation, results-oriented, and ability to work independently.
