Job Title: Lead Retail Sales Manager for Fashion Accessories

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager to lead our retail sales team in providing a unique and exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), medical, dental, and vision insurance. Responsibilities
  1. Lead by example and cultivate a customer-centric environment where every interaction is a positive experience.
  2. Be knowledgeable about our products and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Navigate social media platforms to interact with customers, network, and recruit top talent.
  4. Maintain a focus on excellent sales results and contribute to the growth of our business.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Key Holder in a fashionable or luxury retail environment. You should be comfortable navigating social media, interacting with customers, and networking with potential recruits. An entrepreneurial spirit, proven leadership skills, and a passion for making others feel special are essential qualities for this position.
