About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at NovaCare Rehabilitation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with internal and external customers, and utilizing sales technology to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop referral opportunities with physicians, hospital systems, and other healthcare providers.
  • Educate physicians and healthcare providers about our physical therapy and specialty services.
  • Regular participation in community outreach events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Utilize sales technology to drive results.

Requirements

  • B.S./B.A. in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet functions and applications.
