Job Overview

As a Key Account Sales Director at TAGHLEEF INDUSTRIES, you will play a pivotal role in driving year-over-year profitable net revenue growth for the defined territory/product base.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales and at least 3 years in a leadership role. A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred, along with comparable experience in the BOPP or flexible packaging industry.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement regional business development and sales plans to accommodate corporate goals for the US market.
  2. Sales Forecasting: Monitor sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  3. Client Relationships: Meet key clients and maintain relationships in negotiating and closing deals.
  4. Channel Development: Direct channel development activities and coordinate sales distribution by developing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  5. Reporting: Prepare periodic sales reports and presentations showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  6. Leadership: Achieve marketing and sales objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  7. Operational Excellence: Strive to exceed operational objectives by influencing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining improvements; implementing change.
  8. Profit Planning: Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  9. Marketing Initiatives:
  10. Product Marketability: Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  11. Rapport Building: Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities.
  12. Confidentiality: Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  13. Unit and Gross-Profit Plans: Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
  14. Pricing Strategies: Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  15. Professional Development: Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or comparable experience in the BOPP or flexible packaging industry.
  • 5+ years in Business to Business (B2B) sales experience.
  • 3+ years in Leadership role.
  • At least 5 years of experience with notable accomplishments in Sales in OPP Industry.
  • Demonstrated successful leadership and has influenced accomplishments.
  • Skilled in developing sales penetration and growth strategies for targeted accounts.
  • Proficient in assessing customer needs.
  • Proven negotiation skills/experience.
  • Excellent financial skills and business acumen.
  • Skilled in conducting territory analysis and planning.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues.
  • Skilled in preparing professional written proposals.
  • Thorough understanding of product and technical information.
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
  • Excellent ability to work as part of a team.
  • Travel will exceed 50%.
Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
