Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager at The O'Connor Group is responsible for developing and implementing HR processes and plans to foster a work environment that enhances efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Develop and administer an effective recruitment program, coordinating with hiring managers and implementing a sourcing strategy.

• Design and maintain an applicant tracking system for reporting purposes.

• Monitor and report recruitment metrics.

Performance Management

• Develop performance review tools to capture internal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

• Monitor training curriculum plans.

Human Resources Administration

• Stay current on federal, state, and case law changes, monitoring labor law updates and newsletters.

• Represent the association at hearings and answer labor-related governmental agency questions.

• Propose personnel policies and employee handbook updates.

Benefits and Compensation

• Coordinate annual benefit coverage reviews and manage relationships with third-party administrators and vendors.

• Oversee benefits administration and compensation programs, including classification and reclassification of positions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Human Resources experience

• Onsite presence 1 to 2 days per week
