Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team at Creative Cabinets and Fine Finishes. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, including setting project timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring project deliverables are met.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively and do not impact project delivery.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, and that any defects or issues are addressed promptly.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or renovation industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, business administration, or engineering.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in project management software.
