Big Bear Restoration is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Mitigation Supervisor.


The Mitigation Supervisor is responsible for managing all facets of designated restoration projects and overseeing production teams. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high-quality production standards, and fostering staff development. As a front-line management position, the supervisor guides their team towards excellence while effectively executing water, fire, and mold restoration projects in both residential and commercial settings.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute water, fire, and mold restoration processes with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Clearly communicate expectations to production technicians and supervise their tasks.
  • Develop project scopes and review cost estimates.
  • Coordinate and manage service production with crews and subcontractors.
  • Oversee production costs, equipment, and materials, while ensuring proper maintenance of warehouse and fleet.
  • Identify potential safety hazards and implement control measures to safeguard both occupants and workers.
  • Maintain detailed and organized job documentation, ensuring accuracy in job files.
  • Effectively liaise with supervisors, clients, and office personnel.
  • Manage labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
Position Requirements:
  • Over 2 years of experience in cleaning/restoration.
  • IICRC Certification is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance, and to perform various physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Hourly wage of $23-28 based on experience.
