About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at B&B Siding and Roofing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners, and driving growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and achieve company goals.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly. Present sales reports and progress updates to senior management on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership and Sales Management: Strong leadership and sales management experience.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Work Authorization: US work authorization.
