Position Summary

In this role, you will focus on expanding our business footprint within the construction industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business avenues within the construction sector.
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction with our offerings.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create tailored solutions that address client needs.
  • Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in direct B2B sales.
  • A solid understanding of sales processes and cycles.
  • Experience in service industry sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a creative approach.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A passion for sustainability and a desire to positively impact the environment.
  • A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • The ability to assess client needs and negotiate service agreements.
  • A willingness to learn new systems and processes.
