Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to contribute to our Supply Chain operations. This role encompasses the comprehensive management of procurement, production scheduling, inventory oversight, and finished goods control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee supply chain planning, including MRP, procurement execution, production scheduling, and product distribution.
  • Manage inventory control for raw materials and finished products, ensuring accurate tracking and transfers.
  • Utilize MRP systems to facilitate purchasing aligned with production schedules.
  • Execute transactions and manage systems within a NetSuite inventory management framework.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels of finished goods across various third-party locations, factoring in sales forecasts and customer demands.
  • Foster effective communication across departments, particularly with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Accounting, and Sales.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and supplier partners to meet project timelines.
  • Address and resolve discrepancies with freight partners regarding shipments.
  • Contribute to achieving corporate and departmental objectives.
  • Identify and implement improvements in procedures and policies that enhance business value.

This role demands both team leadership and individual initiative, coupled with a strong sense of urgency regarding business health.

  • Experience in supply chain management within the consumer food or beverage sector is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications; a strong background in Excel is essential, with prior experience in NetSuite preferred.
