Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack all orders in accordance with the printed sales documentation while utilizing handheld scanning technology.
- Possess knowledge of distributor shipping protocols.
- Verify and maintain records of outgoing shipments, preparing items for dispatch by comparing identifying details and measuring items against shipping documents.
- Record weights and shipping costs, and apply postage as necessary.
- Assist in loading vehicles and aid courier services in locating packages to ensure accurate delivery.
- Support inventory and receiving teams as required by business needs.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet company standards regarding the quantity and quality of work performed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures concerning workplace behavior while executing job responsibilities.
Physical Requirements:
This position may require significant physical activity, including standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. Typical activities may include walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

- Flexibility to shift focus between tasks to accommodate changing priorities.
