About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our ISV partners, driving business growth, and developing strategic plans to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our ISV partner ecosystem
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market plans
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new service adoption and new lines of business development
  • Work closely with AWS resources, including executives, partners, support, and solution architects, to support customer interests and advocate for the customer

Requirements
  • 5+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives
  • Experience building profitable partner ecosystems and developing go-to-market plans
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
