Work Environment

This role offers flexibility, with options to work from our Emeryville, CA or Indianapolis, IN offices in a hybrid model. Additional locations include the Boston, Washington D.C., and New York City metropolitan areas, where you will initially work remotely before transitioning to a hybrid setup once offices are operational. Fully remote candidates are also welcome to apply.

Authorization to work in the U.S. is a prerequisite for employment.

Key Responsibilities

As LILT expands rapidly, the role of Strategic Enterprise Sales Executive is vital to our growth. We seek a motivated, diligent, and versatile sales professional who will drive our success by utilizing their skills and experiences to broaden our market presence. You will accomplish this by marketing our platform and services to new clients while also assisting our Strategic Account Executives in nurturing relationships with larger accounts.

While we recognize the value of partnerships, success in this position will require you to meet your sales targets through proactive outreach. This entails being a systematic hunter who employs contemporary revenue operations practices and technologies to manage the entire sales cycle, collaborating closely with our ADR/BDR team. You will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, develop compelling business cases, and establish partnerships with their organizations.

Essential Duties:
  • Identify, educate, and secure prospective clients in a timely manner that aligns with company goals.
  • Become proficient in articulating the value of our platform and services to various stakeholders, including C-level executives, in terms that resonate with their business objectives.
  • Design and present successful Proof of Concepts (POCs) to convert new clients into long-term partners.
  • Maintain a weekly record of high-impact activities for ongoing improvement and ensure an accurate forecast of your business pipeline.
  • Engage in high-volume outreach across multiple channels with tailored messaging.
Qualifications:
  • Required: Experience in the translation and localization sector.
  • 6+ years of demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles of 9-15 months within high-end mid-market and enterprise sectors, with a proven track record of acquiring competitive accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Consistently closing deals ranging from $250k to $2M and surpassing annual quotas of $1.2M or more.
  • Equally adept at securing meetings with target clients independently and in collaboration with ADR/BDR teams.
  • Experience leading RFP responses, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and executing strategies.
  • Proficient in utilizing leading sales tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo.
  • Background in account management and working with cross-functional service and delivery teams to influence strategy and creatively address client challenges.
  • Skilled in negotiating terms with various stakeholders, including procurement and senior management.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive collaboration across departments during deal cycles to solve client issues innovatively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for leading in-person meetings and virtual demonstrations.
  • Process-oriented with a customer-centric mindset, capable of challenging the status quo to uncover and validate multiple use cases.
  • BA or BS degree (preferred) or higher from an accredited institution.
