About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at WalkMe. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities with Enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at our target accounts.
  • Collaborate with our Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and BDR teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
  • Manage and respond to incoming lead requests, and drive the sales process from introduction to close.
  • Develop and execute sales forecasts, and achieve quota quarterly.
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities within targeted accounts, as well as existing customers.
  • Present WalkMe solutions using value-based sales approaches and techniques, working closely with Pre-Sales Engineers.
  • Execute sales activities with other teams, including senior management and corporate counsel, through contract negotiation and signed contracts.
Requirements
  • 7 years of sales experience, with 5 years of SaaS Solution Selling to Enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling into a broader Partner Ecosystem, including both Direct and Indirect Engagement with potential clients.
  • A deep domain experience in a specific industry, such as Banking/FSIs/Healthcare, or a combination of vertical and industry experience.
  • A curiosity for uncovering customer needs, and a passion for solving customer challenges with new technology.
  • Ability to come into the San Francisco office 3 days per week.
