Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team at AlphaGraphics. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing print, sign, apparel, and promotional projects from estimation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients in selecting the best solutions for their print, sign, and promotional needs.
- Manage client relationships and ensure accurate pricing and client satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Provide estimates for clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate signage site surveys and conduct face-to-face consultations with clients as needed.
- Manage email, phone, and web orders, progressing them through the production pipeline.
- Cover for absent staff members and respond to client and staff inquiries via phone and email.
- Distribute marketing materials and thank-you cards as needed.
- Identify and relay larger business opportunities to management.
- Address client issues promptly and effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
