About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team at AlphaGraphics. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing print, sign, apparel, and promotional projects from estimation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in selecting the best solutions for their print, sign, and promotional needs.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure accurate pricing and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Provide estimates for clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate signage site surveys and conduct face-to-face consultations with clients as needed.
  • Manage email, phone, and web orders, progressing them through the production pipeline.
  • Cover for absent staff members and respond to client and staff inquiries via phone and email.
  • Distribute marketing materials and thank-you cards as needed.
  • Identify and relay larger business opportunities to management.
  • Address client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
