About the Role

DSI Systems Inc., a leading home services distributor, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our expanding team as an Inside Sales Account Manager. This role plays a key part in the sales efforts to grow business through existing accounts and new dealer acquisitions in the Northeast Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent DSI to our dealer base and build key relationships with vendor partners, advocating for dealers while advising on key metrics, marketing, and growth.
  • Network with existing dealers and introduce them to new business opportunities.
  • Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals and consistently measure performance.
  • Exceed sales and activation targets.
  • Measure progress weekly with market conditions, dealer performance, training, and prospect pipeline.
  • Maintain a new dealer pipeline, contact activity, and onboarding status.
  • Provide onboarding and training support to dealers and ensure a successful launch.
  • Promote new dealers to become active.
  • Collaborate with the credit and accounting department.
  • Place orders for equipment and process returns.
  • Execute company initiatives and directives through the dealer base.
Requirements
  • Sales professional with a strong background and proven track record.
  • Dynamic, highly motivated individual with integrity and passion to succeed.
  • Prompt, strategic, highly organized, effective time management, goal-oriented with proven results.
  • Ability to understand the competition and position dealers to succeed in a competitive marketplace.
  • Ability to learn industry key metrics and translate them into an executable action plan.
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
Experience
  • Experienced in business discussions including financials, cash flow, and marketing tactics with independent business owners.
  • Experience with subscription-based services and face-to-face marketing tactics.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Video, Broadband, Wireless, and Security industries - preferred.
