Position Overview:
We are currently building a talent pool for future roles within our inside sales division. We anticipate new opportunities and will begin the interview process shortly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate lists of potential clients for sales outreach, utilizing various sources such as inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, and online resources.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to both potential and existing clients via phone and email to qualify leads and promote our products and services.
- Manage incoming sales inquiries to convert them into successful sales.
- Address and overcome technical and business objections from prospective clients.
- Highlight product features, provide pricing and credit terms, and prepare sales orders for confirmed sales.
- Facilitate customer training sessions.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and requirements are met.
- Compile reports on business transactions.
- Familiarize yourself with and advocate for our company’s products and services.
- Offer insights to management and marketing regarding customer feedback and needs.
- Input new customer information and sales data into our database, ensuring accurate lead generation records.
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives and account managers to keep account information and marketing materials current.
- Work with team members to strategize on improving sales performance and highlight the benefits of our offerings to clients.
- Investigate and assist in resolving customer issues related to deliveries and other concerns.
